Our story begins...
This is Early 2017. Baptiste experiences the mindset-shifting power of Holacracy applied to the workplace, at Engie. Myself, I am focused on how to shift people mindset towards healthier and more sustainable digital habits. It will take us a few months to grow into our ideas: Baptiste is developing around the lack of HR tools designed for autonomous teams, I am developing around digital sustainability, and opened to ideas crossing my path.

This is October 2017. We have just met at an entrepreneur's fair (Salon des Entrepreneurs) in Marseille where we both moved in just a few days before. I recognized Baptiste's face, coming from a very distant past... and we realized we both were at the same Engineering School, Telecom Bretagne, more than 15 years ago, Baptiste in the year just before myself. Baptiste is looking for my profile, value-focused, experienced in Sales, World-Citizen mindset. I am looking for Baptiste's profile, zoomed-in on a need, aiming to help horizontal organizations be more sustainable, with a growing lean startup mindset.
This is now end of November 2017. We just finished our trial period as start-uppers, and all lights are green to continue together: thecamp, our dream ecosystem with an "Innovation with Purpose" purpose, has just selected us for their very first startup-acceleration program; we have aligned quite quickly on our goals, values and drivers, and decided to use these to drive our business; we strike the right balance between theory and experimentation, between "I know that I know" and "I know that I don't know"; we try to be lean, we are already a startup.
